Our policy allows for refunds or resolutions within 7 days of your visit or order. If more than 7 days have passed, we may not be able to offer a refund or replacement.

To be eligible for a refund or resolution, the issue must pertain to:

  • Quality of food (e.g., incorrect order, spoiled item, or preparation issues)
  • Errors in order fulfillment (e.g., missing or incorrect items)

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Food or drinks consumed in full
  • Dissatisfaction based on personal taste preferences
  • Orders placed incorrectly by the customer without prior notice

REFUNDS

  • Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or online order confirmation)
  • Description of the issue and supporting evidence, such as photos

Once we review your request, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.


LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you have not received an approved refund:

  1. Check your bank or payment account for delays.
  2. Contact your card provider, as processing times may vary.

EXCHANGES
We will replace food or beverages if they are defective, incorrect, or damaged during delivery. Contact us at admin@salomagroup.com or visit the restaurant with your receipt to request an exchange.


GIFT CARDS
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless required by law.


DELIVERY AND TAKEOUT ORDERS
For delivery or takeout issues, please contact us immediately upon receiving your order at 0142284067. We will address concerns regarding:

  • Missing items
  • Incorrect items
  • Damaged packaging or spillage

Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement or refund.
